Sellviso provides e-commerce intelligence, including analysis of shops, listings, reviews and competitors, and related reports and recommendations. Services may change as the business develops.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use Sellviso lawfully, and to keep any account or access details you hold secure.

You keep ownership of the information and content you share. You confirm you have the right to share it and allow us to use it to provide and improve our services.

You must not misuse Sellviso, including attempting to disrupt the service, access it without authorisation, submit unlawful content, or resell our reports without permission.

Reports, analysis and AI-generated insights are provided for information only and may include estimates. They are not legal, financial or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

Sellviso does not guarantee sales, revenue, rankings, traffic, conversions or any other business outcome.

The Sellviso website, brand, methods and report formats belong to Sellviso. You may use reports delivered to you for your own business.

Our analysis may rely on publicly available information and third-party tools. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party services or data. Sellviso is independent and not affiliated with Etsy, Inc.

We may change, pause or discontinue any part of Sellviso at any time, and may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Sellviso is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question during the three months before the claim.

We may suspend or stop providing services to anyone who breaches these terms. You may stop using Sellviso at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any disputes.
